Twelve members were on hand at 6:57 p.m. as chapter chaplain Steve Sanguino began our meeting with an invocation. Copies of our financial report were handed out. The report indicated that our recent car show was a success. A list of winners in each car class category will go to Bill Wolf our newsletter editor. It was noted that everyone was pleased with the fare and service provided by the food truck we hired for the show. There were approximately 79 Pontiacs and GMCs in our show. We discussed show parking issues in depth in an effort to streamline the parking process in future chapter car shows. Our web designer will be putting car show photos on our chapter website. Mary Ann Schwedhelm showed us the design for the logo on our new chapter “dress” short-sleeved shirt. She will place an order for our dress shirts soon and an order for our T-shirts and sweatshirts later. Our next wine-making adventure will begin at noon this Sunday, October 22nd at Your Own Winery in Riverdale, New Jersey. It is once again that time of year to think about which restaurant we will select for our annual “After the Holidays” par- ty in January. Our meeting concluded at 8:17 p.m.
